thanksgiving and the tree 2011

December 1, 2011

Well Thanksgiving has come and gone and now we are in full on Christmas mode in the Bacon house. We had dinner at my Mom’s house with my sister and her family…can you believe I didn’t get one photo of the food? I guess I was too busy stuffing my face to worry about it. ;) I did manage to take a few of the kids together.

Don’t they look like twins? They are actually a whole year apart!

I also managed to sneak in a photo of my sister and Xander…I don’t have very many photos of her so this is rare. It’s funny to see that my 13 year old is taller than my 28 year old sister.

We went on Sunday to get our Christmas tree. I love this time of year…scanning the tree farm for just the right tree (and agreeing with 3 other people about the decision!). Once we spotted a little ladybug on this tree we knew it was meant to be!

Gia found a tree just her size!

Ok, this photo really has nothing to do with Christmas but the farm had the cutest bunnies and I just had to share a photo. Isn’t it adorable?
