A yummy Sunday snack…
All I have to say is thank goodness for Home Economics! Xander brought home this yummy recipe and made it for everyone. It makes a great breakfast snack, especially if you want something quick and easy.

Ingredients:
- Cinnamon (1 tsp)
- Powder Sugar (2 cups)
- Sandwich Bread
- Cream Cheese (optional)
- Butter (1/2 stick melted)
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cinnamon and powder sugar into a bowl
- Grab 8 slices of bread (more if you need it) and cut the crusts off. You can save these to make breadcrumbs later on if you like.
- Use a rolling pin to roll out each piece of bread so it’s flat
- Spread a dab of cream cheese on each piece of bread, then roll up
- Dip the entire roll into melted butter then into the bowl of combined sugar, coating well
- Place on baking sheet and continue until all of your “sticks” are made.
- Bake for 12 minutes (or until golden brown) remove and dust powder sugar on top.
- Enjoy!
I prefer mine without cream cheese but they are really good either way. If you combine 3 tablespoons of milk with 3 cups powdered sugar in a bowl, you have a yummy icing to dip them in.

LISA STOP TEMPTING ME YOU KNOW I HAVE A SWEET TOOTH.
heh jk, continue with the treats.
Haha! Hey, this is something so easy that even you could make it!
